Generally, a Constitutionally-Lawful “Township” is a Fully Sovereign & Independent Community, which is based on the ancient Constitutional, Common-Law, & Biblical concepts of the “Social-Compact”, the “Covenant”, & the “Confederation”. Any individual has the Constitutionally-Lawful Authority to start his/her own “Township”.
